Kitten Policies
- No kittens will be placed alone in homes. Kittens will be adopted out in pairs, with littermates and or the mother. When a littermate, the mother, or another cat is not available, the kitten will only be adopted into a home where there is another cat, unless the primary caregiver is home almost all the time.
- Kittens will only be placed in homes with dogs and small children after a thorough screening, which may include a home visit.
- Kittens will not be placed in homes with children under the age of 5.
